Kiersten & Bill's Wedding Day!

Saturday the Shadowcatcher SUV headed up to San Juan Capistrano for Kiersten & Bill's wedding. We met Kiersten & Bill last summer when we interviewed with them to be their wedding photographers. A lot of time passed since we saw them again Saturday but we all fell easily back into that comfort level that we all felt at the interview.

Kiersten & Bill had their wedding at the El Adobe restaurant in San Juan Capistrano. What a great place for a wedding... I LOVED it!

Kiersten's gown was beautiful, the hand embroidered work on the bodice really set it apart.

Thank god this bride was no bridezilla....... just all laughs! So much safer when weapons are involved ;-)

Here is our handsome groom Bill. Bill was just promoted on Friday to Master Gunnery Sargent. Way to go Bill!

I loved the priest they had for their ceremony too, he did a beautiful ceremony that was touching, funny and had the whole audience on the edge of their seats wondering what might be coming next.

After the ceremony and group shots, we had a great time alone with Kiersten & Bill during their champagne photosession. This is one shot we were able to get inbetween the giggles. I can't remember the last time we had so many giggles during the bride & groom session. These two were H-A-P-P-Y!

We also had the opportunity to meet and work with a really fun DJ and entertainer Wendy Walker of Invisible Touch . Wendy added so much fun to the reception with her entertaining announcements and moved the party along from event to event with a fun ease. She was great! Very entertaining!

Ohhhhh and the dinner! WOW! Guests had their choice of Prime Rib or this Chicken Sevilla. We picked right with the chicken. I have to say it was the best....EVER! I ate the rest of mine this morning for breakfast. It was the most tender chicken breast stuffed with a delicious stuffing made of rice and a light salsa. Thanks guys.. that was the best!

The cake was beautiful, and Kiersten and Bill used Bill's sword to make that first cut.

Congratulations again you two... thanks so much for a day we will never forget! You two rock!
