Fire Watch Day 2

Well... we're still here!

After a long night of sleeping downstairs on the couches with the news on and the land line phone by us all night waiting for that 911 call, all is well. We woke up to the sound of the newspaper being delivered, which had to be a good sign... right?

We are right at the inner edges of 2 different evacuated areas (see the X below) but it seems that the fires have burned away from us.
The hard part is we are getting little to no news about any fires in our area. Our assistants Erin & Janelle both live in the Rancho Bernardo area that was so heavily burned. At this time we know they are ok, but have had no word on if they lost their homes. We are also very concerned about some of our clients who are out in the Fallbrook Bonsal area.
We still have all of our hard drives packed up along with all client CD's, and are ready to bolt if need be.
So to all our clients.. no worries there!
All we can do is hope and pray that this ends soon, the devastation is mind boggling, and you have to just wonder when life will feel normal again.
