Yesterday we got to break free from North County and head out to Ocean Beach for the wedding of Angie & Paul. If you are a faithful Shadowcatcher Blog reader, you will remember Angie and Paul from the Blog back in April when these two flew out from PA to work with me on images for my solo show. That session worked out so well we even decided to use them in our next ad for San Diego Style Wedding Magazine.......

I just HAD to put them in that same pose on their real wedding day!

It was great working with these two again! I love their style!
Here is Angie getting ready....
Angie is a Tattoo artist and she and Paul have a tattoo and body jewelry business in PA.Paul used to be with the Punk Band The Virus. And besides being featured in the Shadowcatcher Blog, also had his picture in Rolling Stone.
Angie's Bouquet was done by the very talented Peggi Walker of Metro Floral. Peggi did the flowers for the art shoot we did in April and Angie loved it so much she had a very similar one done for the real thing.

The ceremony took place with just a few close friends and family members out at Cabrillo National Park.

After the ceremony we went into the old lighthouse... I LOVE this staircase!

Ok... so after all of the crazy things we all did together back in April... stuffing Angie into a dryer, floating her down a stream in a wedding dress, the car wash seemed like the perfect spot for a few more bride & groom portraits!

Thanks again you two... as always... it was terrific working with you and we can't wait till you come back to San Diego and we can do it again!

Heather, As mother of the bride I could not have asked for anything more for my daughter and her new husband. You and Skip went above and beyond imagined expectations. My heartfelt thanks from me and my family.
