From Beautiful Brides To......

Well... something a bit different!
Before jumping into the wedding world 24/7 we used to compete in art competitions and show our work in galleries. Every now and then I find the time to do something a bit different and like to keep entering competitions with my prints just to keep my artistic side up to date.

The juror for this exhibition was Susan Pollack, Public Art Consultant for the City of Escondido. She currently manages a public art program that has received both regional and national recognition.
And I am so jazzed to report that out of the 200+ works of art submitted, this image was one of 40 selected for exhibition! Wooo Hooo!
The public is invited to meet the artists at the artist reception for “Local Color XII”, on Second Saturday, February 10 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Awards will be presented at 6:30 pm.

The exhibition is displayed at the Escondido Municipal Gallery, 142 West Grand Avenue in downtown Escondido. The gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm and free admission to the public.
