Niccole & Ryan’s Sizzling Summer Wedding!

Wow… can we say H-O-T! Not only this couple
but the temperature too! ;-)

Niccole & Ryan said their I Do’s Saturday in Valley Center where the thermometer read 112 degrees! Sorry Paris… THAT’s Hot!

Despite the super high temps the day was beautiful... the bridesmaids all looked super cool and cute in pink and white dresses and the bride Niccole looked just like a princess in her gown.
The flowers Niccole & Ryan selected were pink and white roses that were done beautifully by the florist in Valley Center. These made up the bouquets, boutonnières and table arrangements. They looked very refreshing!

The ceremony was very nice and the young lovebirds said their I-Do’s in a church filled with family & friends.

We kept cool with lots of water breaks and only had a minor equipment problem due to the heat. Skip’s flash overheated just about at the end of the ceremony, but since there are two of us shooting nothing was missed and after the ceremony he switched to the back up flash. Thank god for back up equipment!

The reception went quickly with some great food from Pat & Oscars, and DJ Jim from Marshall Mobile Music had the dance floor full, despite the heat!

We were able to get a perfect shot of the garter toss.. I LOVE it when we do that, it makes my day ;-)

The cake was beautiful, I loved the way it was spotlighted up on the stage next to the wedding party table, it almost stole the show up there ;-)

Before we finished for the day we were able to get some nice shots of Niccole & Ryan outside… back in the heat… but well worth it... these two are great in front of the camera... don’t you think?
